How are your units of local governments engaging private partners to ensure continuity of the community’s essential functions?
I’m not sure if the local community knows exactly how to best engage private partners. Through the work I have done, there is usually a member of the Chamber of Commerce involved at some level and usually the larger chain stores (WalMart, Home Dept, etc) but this is a great question that needs to be explored further.
