    The Roger Williams School of Law is hosting the 9th Marine Law Symposium, Shifting Seas: The Law’s Response to Changing Ocean Conditions, hosted by the Marine Affairs Institute on Nov. 14-15, 2012, here in Bristol, RI.     The Symposium will be examining a range of legal issues associated with changes in the coastal and ocean environments caused by climate change, and current human activities in these areas. Property rights, fishery management, Arctic issues and maritime industry considerations will all be reviewed. The Symposium has a terrific line-up of national and international experts joining us to provide legal analysis and scientific, economic and policy context to prepare participants to address these issues.
