Here is another symbol of resilience to me. Kind of reminds me of the Battle of Fort McHenry, not that I was actually there, but we all know of the powerful message to the British when they saw the American Flag still flying.

Somehow this says ”resilience” to me. This large tree, most likely downed by a hurricane, has been turned into a totem pole in this person’s yard. Now on holidays, they ”dress it up” for the occasion. It happens to be in its ”bunny regalia” for Easter. To me, they have taken lemons and made lemonade. Take a look and tell me what you think!

That’s pretty great. I’ve heard they’ve done some similar art down in the Florida keys, but I’ve never seen it. When is our GOMA meeting going to be down there?
