Texas: 9 months, 1 week agoThe outstanding folks at the Rice UniversityJames Baker Institute for Public Policy just finished the following study entitled, ”How Risk Perceptions Influence Evacuations from Hurricanes”. The lead author was Dr. Bob Stein. Very well done.

This is exactly what I wanted to see. I understand about the digest–I think I have everything set to a digest, but I got this message instantaneously as far as I can tell.
But the problem is this–I get a message in my inbox to which I cannot reply. This appears to me to be a fatal flaw if not fixable. In addition, a listserv can be…[Read more]
I agree: that would be a neat feature (respond via email). Unfortunately it’s not available yet, but it’s been on my dream list for a while. I’ll bring it up with the programmer again. Also unfortunately, he tells me it’s complex coding.
The plus side is currently all somebody has to do to reply is click on a link in the email they get that…[Read more]
